Thursday- Studio day...

I thought I would start out with something very cute!
Isn't this little one a-dor-able? Yowie!

Anyhoo- My energy is zapped lately. I am still battling this terrible sinus infection which seems to want to hang out with me. It is not fun. If it is not better by the weekend- I will just have to go back and see what the next round of pills will be. I am hoping that it clears out sooner than later...

Spent time working on these dogs again yesterday.

Tonight I will return to the studio to start dressing these up- adding little odd things inside of them and then sealing them shut. I am trying to make these pieces of jewelry have a scientific sort of feel to them- preserving things under glass if you will- Harking back to the days of quite exploration in dusty labs or museums- where you would see trays of insects with pins holding them in place and their names- written so perfectly underneath... Ahhh collectors of living things now- which have passed on- with only simple skeletons left behind to tell tales...

Oh my... Where was I? Ahhh yes... So back to the laboratory tonight- Work work work... AND tomorrow- as it seems I have off instead of Friday... So I will be studio bound for sure!

The weekend awaits- and I will be vending my pants off at ArtScape on Sunday!
