<3 i miss listening to this
see relatedso my scale broke y-day..
and last night i guess i just
had in my mind i could eat
what i wanted or whatever..
so i ate a big helping of mashed
potatoes.. and a piece of fried chicken
after i posted.. i felt/still feel sooo gross. :(
so i decided i would take a laxie.. even
though they cause me cramps and stuff..
but insted of taking 3.. even though the
box says 2 only.. i took 1.. so maybe it wont
be so bad on me.. i just really hate them.
well honestly..
i should lose the weight back
the good way.. and not by taking them..
but.. idk.. i just feel.. gross with food in
me of any kind really..
oh well.. i will update tomorrow..
i will more than likely have a scale by
tomorrow afternoon.. so i can see how much
damage was made..

cramped all night..
getting a scale in a few hours..
just ate 2 graham crackers (about 80 cals)
how am i supposed to lose that weight
before school starts doing all this..!?

i still haven't got a scale..
i have no idea when i'm getting it..
tomorrow hopefully..
it's starting to drive me crazy not having
it.. am i addicted to the scale?

laxatives dont work in the small intestine, where calories are absorbed. they just help clear out your colon [large intestine]. just letting you know theyre kinda useless in that aspect, thats why i dont take them. so dont take them if they make you feel ill.

Try snaking on ice.
It keeps you hydrated and fools your body into thinking youve eaten. Therefore making you less hungry.
Also has 0 calories.
But please make sure you eat and when you want to snack on foods go for the helthier options.
