hello long lost isb friends!

    or perhaps we are the ones who were long lost. things have kinda calmed for isb (though not really for us) for a little while since our busy february, we've been writing thesis papers, participating in the madness of march, and catching up on school/work/church things that kinda get the side when we are doing band things. but we are partially coming back for some things in april. and by partially i mean isb ourselves are only traveling one place altogether- east 91st street church in indiana, with a special appearance at brad's church (central christian church- carmel) for sunday morning services! the east 91st street event is their middle school purity retreat, so unless you are  10-14 age range, i'm afraid you are out of luck. but sunday morning is for everybody (or course- it's church!).the middle school retreat is april 25th-26th, and that sunday is the 27th.  you can check on the myspace page for times, and if you need directions, you can always message us. we are extremely excited to be back up in indiana, with both new and old friends.
   
    other then that, isaac and myself (tim) will be in hotlanta next weekend for the passion conference, but unfortunately we won't be playing anything (though it would be amazing if we were). so if you see two random dudes amongst the flocks of random people, please say hi! (an aside- the word hospitality literally means "love of strangers". so maybe we really will meet if we took this great opportunity to meet and take interest in those around us while we are there. just a thought- and thanks to dr. k and my christ and culture class for that bit of knowledge.) then the next weekend brad and i will be in maryland for the first ever Reverb Conference (basically the Maryland Christian Teen Convention, just not named so). so while isb is not going to be there, the current 2/3rds of them will be! it's going to be a great weekend, and if you're around, you should stop by for a bit, or be coming to it!

    we'll keep you posted through these april events. unfortunately (for isb- very fortunately for brad) after april brad will be marrying his high school sweetheart kelly, and thus isb will be taking a well necessary hiatus for the summer. there might be some glimpses of us towards the end of the summer, but brad and kelly setting up their life seems like much more a priority then our attempts at being rock stars, don't you agree? once the fall hits, we'll know much more of where things are at. the good news is that during this down time, we still plan on starting our writing and preliminary recording process, which means before long we could have some new song offerings for you all. also, the looks of things around the world wide web might start changing before your eyes with the launch of our new website- www.isaacschadeband.com- soon to be had (i know i told you this before, but i promise you this time it's close). so in summation- come to indiana or maryland (or come see us if you are already there), be excited for brad and kelly, and in the meantime of no music, keep your eyes on the web, and the joy of new music in the works for your listening pleasure.
