Yeah... it's been a while.

I've been super busy - trying to buy a little condo of our own - Chicago's pretty damn expensive though (that's why condo no house).

I was sick for a while, and in general just didn't feel like "it" ... whatever "it" might be.

Picked a place we want though, we'll see how all that works out for us.

I was debating keeping Xanga... but procrastinated just long enough to get renewed, so I guess I'll be here for another year... not a bad thing I do enjoy when I have time to catch up on the blogs!

I will try to make an effort to update more often... but it's hard since I do have my own domain running a very nice blogging package.

I've not been feeling like "it" either, but I'm still here, fatter, but not the least bit wiser. Still out of work and out of patience.

In other news, my agent is finally shopping my cookbook manuscript!

ryc: I know there are no original ideas, but I was inpsired by some leftover brie a friend brought over. When I told him about the idea he said he'd heard of putting cheese between two pieces of French toast, but not making a pocket for the cheese in each slice. But he's not a foodie, far from it. But he does love good brie!
