I think I'm getting to like my job!  :) Cooooooooooooooooool!!

We were structuring this combo offering with our NY colleagues today right and I found it really interesting to get to know some of the latest products in the market. Though you couldn't imagine how much I hated derivatives when I was in UST, think I'm taking a look at my past notes tonight to get myself more prepared!!!

I thought I could move on fast...

I just realized Siu Ming has already become part of my life, so subtly that I didn't even notice. This morning I woke up feeling a little lost... 总是有种酸溜溜的感觉...

Perhaps I still think I'm a student in this school. I miss my teachers. I miss school. I miss the campus. This just reminded me of so many things back in Form 5 and 6. Leaving the school was quick, so is this time. Not until you're physically away from the place, you never know how much it has already affected your life.

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Life is complex!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In about two weeks' time, I'll be starting another chapter of my life. It feels so weird inside. With all these changes I've been through, going back and forth, wild thoughts jamming my head at one time, and at the end of the day, I'll be back in the same firm. (despite that it'll be a different department). LOL. I really can't help laughing at myself - Changes keep people (well at least me) going, don't they?

Looking back, the past year has been quite an interesting one. Think I'll miss some girls I teach at school. Well who knows if I'll be back teaching? As a very IMMATURE young lady (sorry to those who don't quite agree LOL) I have to make myself open to various options!

Just a random thought here. Who's actually in support of Chairman Mao? A little discussion with my frds the other day and a book I'm reading sorta triggered this. The Great Leap Forward and Cultural Revolution did so much damage to the country but Mao's portrait is still hung on Tiananmen. A great ideologist doesn't make himself a great political leader, does it? The outcome should override good intentions, shouldn't it?

The other day at school I was talking abt my uni life and our girls surprisingly got really excited (and I couldn't quite picture it before my little sharing! REALLY!). Form 1 girls are really cute and "innocent" to a certain extent. hahaha!!

Miss Ho: ... .... .... so, you see, life at U is really free and relaxing coz no one cares if you're in the lecture hall or not. You can skip whichever lecture you want! (true right? We slept in the hall and never showed up in the 9am classes...)

Student A: Wow... ... REALLY? So, it's like we can just stay at home and NOT go to school whenever we want??????

Miss Ho: Exactly!

Student B: Miss Ho, can we go out of the classroom in the middle of the lesson then?

Miss Ho: Of course! It's just like you going out of THIS classroom and you DON'T need my permission! (Still true! we could leave whenever we wanted! Our professors never said anything!)

Students: Wowowowowowowowow.....(they looked as if they couldn't believe it at all! Haha!)

Miss Ho: Well, you can even wear pajamas to the lecture! Who cares? (I then immediately recalled the shabby clothes I was wearing when I attended the ISMT tutorial in year 1.....and Adam has been laughing at me from then on...)

Students: PAJAMAS????????
