| | Well, my brother and his family have come and gone. It was a nice
visit and it was nice to have a big enough home to accommodate
everyone. My sister's futon did come in handy...we set it up in
my enclosed patio and my brother and his wife slept there and my two
nieces slept in my guest room. They went on to Mom's house this
afternoon and I am going to join them there in a few days. It has
become a tradition for my brother and his family to come up to
Tillamook for the county fair each August and my other brother, my
sister and I usually join them for at least a couple days. I have
a remarkably drama-free family...we all get along really well
together. Since my mom has a small home (she said she's going to
sleep out in the dog house to make room for everyone this year), I'm
going to stay at my friend Karen's house. She will be out of
town, so is happy to have me there to feed her cats. All 22 of my
records sold on eBay and I was happy with what I got for them.
Unfortunately they are being scattered all over the world, which means
more work for me in figuring out postage and filling out customs
forms. I will be shipping records to Italy, Australia,
Switzerland, Spain, the UK and Canada as well as the U.S.
