| | My recently stumbled across vegetarian lifestyle faced its biggest challenge today. It is payday and that means a trip to the bank during my lunch hour, which also means a trip to the Sub Shop a few doors down. My usual sandwich is a meatball sub and since I'm not a big fan of veggies on my sandwiches, I didn't know if there would be anything on the menu I would like. I ended up getting a garden burger with cheese, onions and mustard on a wheat roll. It was yummy and I can only assume by its name that a garden burger doesn't contain much meat.  I have a couple hours before bedtime and I'm debating between doing some more cleaning in my sun room, working on my rearranging office, reading my book or surfing the internet.  |
