Do you know what funny is?
I think I do.
Funny, is spending a Friday night at home troubleshooting on the phone and computer for work, and then going in at 10 p.m. while your neighbor invites the entire neighborhood over to celebrate her birthday.
Funny is having to work 12 hour days before you are actually supposed to work 12 hour days to finish a project.
Funny is going on your longest bike ride one weekend, and then not being able to do anything the next week afterwards.
Funny is signing a lease because the condo your living in is about to be sold, and then having your landlord tell you that she would like you rent again because she can't seem to sell it, even though she knows that you're already in a contract with another place.
Funny is being told you're doing a great job, when you are feeling like you can barely keep up.I think my sense of humor is slightly skewed.
On another note...
What does security feel like to you?
Like being wrapped up in a warm cozy bed on a bristling cold winter's night.

your sense of humor is no more skewed than mine.
laughing at ironic or bizarre moments might confuse others, but i find them quite humorous, too. then again--i laugh at almost everything...
@popuppomegranates - I find it's best to keep seeing the glass as half full rather than delving into resentment and becoming a cynic. Unless I've ordered a cheeseburger instead...then all bets are off.
