• 最近搵緊地方搬
  今日搵到一間, 好得意
  呢間屋有包租婆的, 佢俾左張紙我, 上面有 34 條 rules 要follow
  
  節錄其中幾條:
  - weekly rent $180, covers electricity, gas, phone, water, linen, kitchen equipment, washing machine, tv, dvd, and its cleaned weekly
  - an extra cost for internet cable adsl if required. being $40 per month.
  - in winter, if heaters are used an extra $10 per week will be charged.
  - noice level should drop after 9.30pm during the week for the neighbours and others.
  - if wanting to listen to music in your room after 9.30pm. please use headphones.
  仲早過我以前間仆街 high school 宿舍
  - if on your mobile phone late at night, go to common area or outside to talk, as this can keep
  others awake.
  - when cooking do not leave the kitchen area at all.
  - we now have water restrictions. so 4 minutes in the shower.
  - if wanting to move furniture around in your room, ask me before doing so.
  - no candles in the house
  - if you are wanting a guest to stay, this must be negotiated with me. cost being same. per day/nite (as you)
  - if you can not comply with these rules, i would rather you leave.
  
  仲有其他 rules 都係差唔多 on9 同廢.
  呢間野仲要係呢度爛一忽o個度爛一忽, 好舊, 同埋污jo. $180 咁貴但仲有好多水魚. 住city 都差唔多呀~
  呢d rules 係agaist humans right 的, 住o個度既人咁都忍到, 好犀利.
