Jakks is producing these new Rey Mysterio toys. The above is a really quirky plushy with a wire frame inside for poseability. Gotta love a plush toy with bad tats from la raza...
These Rey Reys are from a WCW "Classics" line (WWE owns all that stuff, so why not put it to some use). God, look at that Rey on the left behind the be-mulleted Eddie Guerrero! Looks more like a Mysterio inflatible fuck doll. I do, however, like the purple "Phantom Suit" Rey from the famed PPV match with Eddie that both men consider the pinnacle of their time in Atlanta.
This is a really amazing disasater-in-the-making from Hasbro's "Action Man" British wing. Not a wrestler at all - he's some sort of villain from the kid's version of Action Man - but man, look at how they've captured the nuance of EXTREME steroid abuse. I mean WOW... puts Vince's guys to shame...
