whoa.
WE'RE HAVING A BOY!!! We're really excited but I have to admit I was really surprised. Not that I didn't want a boy or anything - are you kidding? - as long as we waited (8 years) - there's no way we would be picky. I just always pictured a girl and when they told us it was a boy, I was like, "really??? Whoa." So yeah, advice is welcome.
Oh and for anyone who cares, here's some of my inspiration for our baby room. I'm so excited!

Teddy saw the picture of the room and thought you were already done decorating! He said "Luke's been busy!" Hee hee. Very nice rooms. And boys are great! Although I've been buying girl clothes for my new niece and girl clothes are definitely cuter. Someday I hope!
I am so thrilled for you! Boys are wonderful! Mine is now 18 and getting ready to leave the nest and go to college! I do have a few very important tips. 1. Put dates and identifing info on all pictures! I started off well...but life interferred! Around age three, I lost momentum. At times I thought I'd get to them and I wouldn't forget! Wrong! Now I have over 200 photos of our son with friends, events, places and can't remember when, who, or where! Of course everything now a days is digital! Hopefully it will be easier to keep track! 2. Have an extra cloth diaper ready and poised when you change your precious baby boy's first diaper and any there after! It was the most hilarious thing to see poor Bill getting drenched and dodging the spray while changing Aaron's first diaper! That cold air did it everytime! He had sprayed several family members who thought they knew better and did not heed our warnings! Although you could keep this to yourself and watch others dodge! Hee Hee! Annette
I am so HAPPY for you! Boys love their mommies like FOREVER (just ask my hubby)
