Ok I had this debate with a friend, and now I want your opinions.

Popped collars or no popped collars?  why?

No popped collars...they look stupid, and it drives me crazy when people wear them like that.  I just want to go up to them and fold their collar down.  ~Jennifer

I saw NO to popped collars.  Sometimes they look "cool", but more often than not I just see 'em and say stuck up!  hehe
