Isn't it always the way, you just need to know it's there even if you don't need to use it. Same with my car, when Al_son takes it to camp, I really miss it, even if I'm not planning on going anywhere.

I had a dog eat my phone lines on the side of the house once.  Took 3 days for the phone company to get out to fix it......longest days of my life....lol.  You can't imagine how many phone calls you all of a sudden need to make when that happens.

I hate those nights from hell.  Makes me wonder sometimes why I chose this profession....but I always come to my sense's.

Since we have a cable internet service, we don't seem to have many problems, knock, knock on wood....
