This Sunday was a little sad, but happy at the same time. One of our favorite families who had moved to Colorado was here visiting. It was so good  to see them .

On the sad side, we were saying good bye to an awesome family that is leaving.

Sunday 1 sunday 2

That is kind of the way life is, isn't it. Nothing stays the same. Our church never lets a family go out without a blessing. I think what is really neat is that as families leave and go as God  calls them to other places, they take part of us with them.

sunday 3

There is nothing in this world better than to be surrounded by the people who love the Lord and love you.

May you have a good week and may you be surrounded by the people who love you.

It certainly is true that nothing stays the same. You really can’t “go back home” as they say, because home has changed as much as you have. Bringing two changed things back together can’t possibly reproduce the past we fondly remember.

We have to learn to enjoy “now” because that and memories is really all we have.

So happy your church is a blessing church! God Bless you!

(You’ll have to excuse me. There has been three little guys with beards and pointed hats that have been following me around all day. Get lost, will ya!)

I think the bands of love which connect the Body of Christ are pretty elastic. LOL! It's hard to say good bye, but we will all be together forever some day, right?

Look at all those people.  I don't think our congregation is going to make it. It makes me very, very sad.

I am sooooo glad you past your test but also that you are up to date on procedures. Even the ones you missed will be remembered correectly.

Your church family is so loving. That is a good thing !!! And how wonderful to get a hug from your dentist...AMEN brother...

Dark chocolate is good and good for you. that is not so evil.

I know what you mean about shopping. I bought some other little thing as I shopped for picture frames this weekend. they all made me smile. I especially like the blush color blouse with lace I bought.

Hugs for a good week. I am thankful for you as my friend and little sis. HUGS

PK's and MK's can have it rough but we worked hard to keep sane for our kids. In my opinion, Mae did a great job. She was a PK and tired not to repeat the same mistakes with our girls.

Linda,

What a neat set of pics of family loving and blessing those leaving the fellowship....our church in KC used to do that when our families left too....I asked for Friday off, ya know, my B-Day but I was turned down, too many people off already, arrgh, should have asked earlier!

Be Blessed,

Mike
