I forgot how great it can be to live in Southern California.  Despite the summer heat, there are so many great things to do.  Things I should remember to appreciate.

Blue sky, rolling waves, surfers, digging feet into the sand, sharing laughters and tears with the girlfriends.  Bowling, scoring above 150, sharing shots with friends, sharing public humiliation with fellow teammates, watching a guy hit on your friend.  Long drive through the "farms" of Southern California, appreciating fireworks with new faces, facing the ex and his girlfriend, wet clothes, dry clothes, books, fireworks, Santa Barbara.  Getty museum, rolling in the grass, trivia games, sunshine, standing on top of the hill, paintings, sculptures, sharing great food along with great desserts, Diddy Riese.  Wall-e, enjoying a great movie with friends and family, brother, the art of freeloading.  Thai food, Thai town, mango with sticky rice, live entertainment, listening to unknown musical instrument, karaoke, singing at the top of the lungs, speaking in foreign language, rapping like a professional, flavor soju.  Photographs.
