Well, It's Official...
Medic is now the longest thing I've written, at currently 38.5K words (and far from done), making it much longer than my longest complete work (Rainbow Connection) and my two longest unfinished works, both of which are about 37K. I'm also pretty sure it's longer than my Transformers vs. the Borg story. :)
This is the most disciplined I've ever been regarding fiction. I am used to doing this for game writing, but fiction is a different beast. Truth to tell, it's easier. And assuming all goes well and this sells, pays better.
