Its quite an important one; it'll help me decipher between right and wrong, between sincerity and formality.
Is there any point in apologizing to someone who doesn't know how to forgive?
And if there is, how do you do it?
How do make them realize that you're being sincere, instead of them thinking you're only saying it because of them?
