This is one of the most horrible acts of senseless gratuitous violence I have ever heard of:

No one has the right to liquify a live animal for the purpose of art, okay!  No one!  This isn't ancient Rome here, it's never justified to kill a living thing except for survival.  So unless you have to eat the fish or the fish is about to kill you (or your mother), then and only that can you kill it, okay?  Is the simple law of nature understood?  Got it?

Screw the $315 fine, this guy should get the Chair!  Okay, I'm not that crazy.  But I will not stand for this public glorification of animal cruelty!
