• grammar

  Who knew grammar could be so rough?

  I'm currently working on my take home linguistics exam and I'm all too thankful we have an open book, take home nonetheless, exam since I'm looking up more info than I know.  One would think I never attend class the way I'm going about this.  There is so much more to grammar than subjects and verbs.  There are the gerunds, the verbals, the nominals, all that jazz.

  Anywho, I had a nice chat w/ KT the other night and I found out that she had an argument w/ the bf.  Two things that bother me in that regard.  One would be the subject of their argument.  I won't go into detail about it, but it's not something I could ever see myself getting annoyed over and I'm a little on the touchy side myself.  But, of course, all couples are different, so who am I to judge?

  The other thing that bothers me is that it is been pointed out that I am the sole single sister in the Oliver family.  I've made attempts, all of which have blown up in my face, so I wonder, should I bother anymore?

  I won't lie and say it doesn't bother, but what's a girl to do when nothing can be done?

  Watch "Elf" to help her fall asleep?  Why, what a grand idea?  I'll go do that now.  Later kids!
