I'm feeling a whole lot better about the teaching fellows, but am working harder than ever to land a job. I've decided to step away from the full time work and look at temp work and/or freelance work. Writing comes in here as I can whip up some samples, working on some now, and send them off to places I would love to work for.
Other news. Nothing much. Chris and Pat are pretty self-sufficient, so there's not much for me to do other than supervise and do my best to make sure things are going smoothly. Tomorow starts the weekend, which should be interesting. T & L are stopping by tomorow evening, which I am very excited about since I get to act as hostess to them, for once. It's always been the other way around and because they've done so much for me, I hope I can do something nice for them, even if it is courtesy of my Mass. relatives.
KT's bday is on Monday, so I will be sure to call. Mother's day is a week from Sunday and I will barely miss it. I can make sure Chris and Pat have something nice for Aunt Maura and I can do my usual sending of the "Ode to my mother" poem. I wonder if it's even noticed anymore since I do it every year. Is it an appreciated tradition or just plain obnoxious? Not sure.
Anyway, guess I should get back to the writing. I have to write it up first, harder but easier for me, and I want it done by tomorow night. More later!
