Exercised for 45 minutes (crunch dance party, AGAIN...)
Lean Pocket Turkey, Broccoli, and Cheese - 270 cals, 8 g. fat.

Exercised for 30 minutes (tae bo)
Steak Enchirito Fresco Style from Taco Bell - 250 Calories, 7 grams fat
fat free cottage cheese - 80 calories worth

So far that's 990 calories, and I'll probably have a bag of 100 cal
popcorn later on for a grand total of 1090 calories. So I'm not
starving myself (for those who wondered )... -- just exercising inbetween the meals, trying to burn
off at least 1/2 of what I eat. If I can eat 1000 to 1100
calories per day and burn off 500 to 550, and my BMR is 1700, then
that's negative 1200 calories (at least)
every day, which is at LEAST 2.5 pounds I'll lose per week, maybe more
like 3, that's my target, 3 or 3.5... right now I'm still probably
losing some water weight... and if I do some light weight lifting I
hope to build up some more muscle so I'll burn more fat daily...
Man, I originally intended for
this blog to be more about general daily life but it's turned into
weight loss/deep thoughts/fun stuff/randomness/ ... lol... but it's all good, it's nice to have more support again!
I am so stressing out over
finances. You know, I haven't smoked a cigarette since I was 16, but I have
been craving one all day long today!!! Has that ever happened to
anybody else?! I mean, out of nowhere... just to deal w/the stress better... I'm just glad I'm not
craving chocolate, heh. I should probably just pray instead...
A couple of my friends are
supposed to be here at 9pm to work out with me. So I'll be at 2
hours of exercise today. I don't know how many calories all of
that dancing and jumping around actually burns off, it might be more
like 300-400 calories per hour... if I'm burning off 800 and only
eating 1000, then no wonder I'm losing weight so fast, eh... but from
what I've read, it's perfectly safe to lose it quickly as long as it's
being done THROUGH exercise to burn stored body fat, not through
fasting, etc, because that does the opposite, makes your body want to
hold onto any little thing you do eat when you eat again and it won't
release anything it's got stored up...
I wish I'd freaking get Josh's
address already! It'll be great to be able to hear from
each other again in some way. I want to encourage him right now,
and there's also issues that need to be addressed. He said he'd
signed everything necessary for me to be put onto the checking account
at our current bank, but he HADN'T, so I won't even have checks in my
name until I can get his address to send him the papers he needs to
sign! Unless I open one up at a different bank, and I might just
have to... I wasn't on it before because I'd lost my drivers liscence
(and drove without one for an ungodly amount of time, SSSHHHH, don't
tell the uncool cops!! ) b/c there was never any time to get a new one, blah...
I just drank 2 cups of coffee
at midnight. "Coffee At Midnight." That sounds like it
would be a cool song. Or novel. Or movie. About those
who adore the myserious call of the night, who yearn to see when the
other silly mortals have their eyes closed to the part of the day that
fulfills because it's full of less.
Dang, I ran out of a story line already. I suck! The end.
