Busy as Bees
Wow we have been busy! I can't believe it's been almost a month since I wrote last. I've been rehearsing like crazy...the show opens in less than two weeks! Yikes! I'm not so sure we're ready. I guess we'd better GET READY!
The weather has cooled off a little and it almost feels like fall. At night it's getting down right chilly...one night went down to 48! But during the day we're still up in the 70s. Of course, that feels WONDERFUL compared to the 90s we were just having.
Main thing is, I have a prayer request. At Olivia's 4 month well visit, the doctor was really concerned about her weight. She had only gained 2 ounces since here 2 month visit so she only weighs just over 11 pounds. She's a peanut! Anyway, we have another appointment on Friday to see if she's gained any more. We've had to supplement her with formula and try to get her to eat as much as possible these two weeks b/c if she hasn't gained the appropriate weight on Friday it will mean testing and bloodwork and such that we'd rather not have to make her endure. So, if you think of it, pray that she will have gained enough weight that she won't have to have all those tests!
Have a great week! Happy Halloween!

Wow! You and I are going through the exact same thing! I just posted a blog on Friday about my daughter's lack of weight gain between her 4 mo and 6 mo checkups. She did not gain any weight at all. I've been nursing her and am nursing her still, but am having to supplement with formula to make sure she is getting enough calories. We will going back to the doctor next Friday to see if things are turning around for her. I will definitely keep you in my prayers!
Ha--I was just coming to post that you should visit Risha's blog. It was like I was reading the same post again, but from someone else!
Good to hear from you again. It's amazing how much can get done on a show in the last two weeks. Break a leg!
