• Long time no update...

  So I haven't updated in like over a year I think but I wanted to let you know that all is still well in the "Big" Apple "Little" Creek here in Ohio.  I haven't posted because business is really starting to take off.  We've developed a really sweet system of processing and we've even hired a few folks for various jobs we have here around the mill.  I would like to start posting regularly back to this blog as time allows.  So this next week I'm going to schedule 30 minutes into my weekly schedule to see that happen.

  There's so much to talk about... and I can't wait to get you updated!
