2008 年度 cogsc 單車 + BBQ 日

經已完滿結束
今年鼠參加了挑戰級，由大圍出發到大尾督，疲勞程度剛剛好，一個字：爽！
回程時腳開始軟、有點兒鬆的感覺，但卻又未到酸軟的程度。
今早醒來，手腳都不會痛，感覺很好

另外，鼠昨日騎單車的時候，成功把手臂內側都曬黑了
