No news yet
It about 9am this morning and no lab results yet. Which is strange because they're usually in by the time my doctor come in. I guess God wants us to keep praying for alittle bit. The doctor reiterated my options about hospice but did say if my platelets rise then I can go to rehab.
I was gripped by the thought of how my blood - so sick and unclean (from the cancer) needing fresh, clean, blood from a tranfusion. But interesting that the transfusions weren't working. What I really need is His Perfect Blood that washes away all our sins and makes us white as snow. Blessed be His name. Come what may this morning. Blessed be His name.

i'm anxiously awaiting your results, brother. and my prayers are definitely with you and yours. words cannot express right now (as a father, husband, and young man) the empathy, fear, peace, humility, and encouragement regarding this whole situation and your obvious redeemed heart of gold as you and your family cling to Him! truly yours is a testimony that encourages so many...and my hope and prayer is that that does not sound trite in any way. thank you for being so bold and transparent.

I have sent verses that have often comforted and encouraged me when I didn't have a clue where I was headed... I hope they will bring you the same reassurance. I am prayer for you right now, as well as for your loved ones.

And we're praying for you too. Even though I mostly know you through stories from HD, I feel like I know you even more as I've read your entries on xanga. You have always been honest and transparent. More importantly, you have always focused on God's work in you. May He be your strength, comfort and hope at this moment!
good luck brother... im praying for you and thinking about you. you have already helped me to understand how to change for God. You have helped me to grow in the last few weeks far beyond the emptiness that I have felt in the past few months.
