by the way..Kim Teck is still online now (3:30 am)...it is really unbelievable !!  i don't see him online that late for these 3 yrs......what does it mean...it means merger acquisition is a monster...really got heap of thing to remember...we need to study the textbook , tute..and those readings...it 's hard to memorize all the stuff there..the most important factor is that it is da last subject.....that's why...anyway...try my best~~
