  • Weekend Recap: More food, more party

    What a great Weekend!!!

Saturday I attended  a cooking class/dinner party: "Exploring Coastal Italy" hosted by a personal chef from our church. 8 of us made a 4 courses meal. She also brought a wine critic to pair wine for this party.

The people, the food, the conversation were AMAZING!!!

    Panzanella (Bread salad with tomatoes).

The vinaigrette was made by red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, anchovy paste olive oil and oregano. We also made our own crouton.

Friday Night we went to The Box. I was lucky enough to get in without any waiting nor pay for the cover... How? My charm...jk haha. I have to say it was a very unique experience. There were so many ridiculously good look people, the show was awesome, however I don't think i would ever go back again.

    • Mix mushroom and garlic, crush tomatoes through your finger to get the juice. I don't have heavy cream so i used milk instead...doesn't look as good
    • You could also dice the bacon mixing with mushroom sauce.
    • Add some shredded Parmesan cheese
