Today I was reminded of my ear obsession as a child.  It's something that I haven't thought about in sooo long!  I don't remember ever thinking about it...I wonder when I grew out of it.  Well I think when I was like 2 or 3 I really liked rubbing my ear or my mom's ear to fall asleep.  I remember hating it when the ear got warm.  I only liked rubbing cold ears.  That is so weird.  I just can't believe I never really thought about it until today when my friend asked me to touch his ear lol.

I think when I was like 5...I was fixed on the idea that I was able to fly when I was younger, say like 3.  Because I had this clear visual image in my mind, I can still picture it today....like me jumping off my mom's bed and just like floating in the air and kicking around to maneuver.  The movie in my head and the feeling of flying seemed all so real at the time.  But now, I definitely know that it was all just imagination.  I think I must have had recurring dreams when I was 3 years old about flying, because I seriously thought I was able to fly in my past life.

ears are the softest things ever. i dont get why, but they are.
i remember when i was like, 7 and i dropped a tiny ball of paper in my ear, but when i tried to shake it out, nothing came out. sometimes i still believe its stuck in there because now my doctors always tell me my ears have dried blood in them. haha.

That's so weird... the other day my sister showed me her 5th grade sketchbook from art class and one of the pages was full of drawings of the ears of all her classmates.
That's cool about the flying. For the longest time I was convinced that I remembered the day my sister was born. But I guess I just remembered a very vivid dream.
