Do you think about your health? What steps do you take to make sure you stay healthy?
1) I eat all three meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner. (Eat breakfast people, eat it!)
2) I don't drink soda. I only drink water, smoothies and coffee. Mostly, water though.
3) I take extra good care of my skin and teeth.
4) I do cardio once a day.
5) I run at least three times a week.
