Healthier Snacking
With all that junk awaiting you at your local grocery store, there must be a sweet escape. I'm taking you out of the junk-filled forest, into the delicious healthy-filled beach.
Nabisco's 100-Calorie Packs are yummy treats that won't make you cheat! Varieties varry from Oreo's and Chips Ahoy to (my favorite, of course!) Cappucinno in French Vanilla and Chocolate Pretzels made with Milk Chocolate.
Who said yogurt has to be boring? YoCrunch is a fun way to eat yogurt, the same great taste from Breyers Yogurt, but a new crunchy topping to add some crunch to your munch!
Finally, Hershey's decided to make some of their candies available sugar-free! From their original chocolate candy to York Peppermint Patties (my favorite candy in the universe!), you're sure to find your perfect candy!
With Hershey's changing their ways, Jell-O couldn't be far behind (though Jell-O has been generous enough to make us sugar-free and fat-free pudding for much longer). We already know how delicious Jell-O's instant pudding is, and now we can eat with a clear conscience! So get out your pudding cups and get to stirin'.
Even though this below isn't a snack, I wanted to include it in this blog post because it's sugar-free and a delight. Especially, for you water drinkers, or the the special kind (like me) who have to stray away from soda because of acid wear on your teeth.
Crystal Light is a fun way to pump up your drink!
