| When did the thought of the future become so formidable? I'm not worried about who I'll marry (obviously), but suddenly, "getting in" to grad school is looming over my head menacingly. I have specifics... maybe I should put out a personal ad, and the right school will find me.
Married White Female seeks an institution of higher learning offering both an M.A. in MFT (or counseling?) as well as a Ph.D. in Counseling (or clinical?). School must be in the central U.S., preferably in Texas. Must gleefully accept both said female and her qualified husband. Inquire at this number....

| Three of my books came in the mail today. Well, really 2 of mine and one that's just Jon's. (We have four classes together this semester... Sure made ordering books easy and cheap! Less than $300 for both of us for all our books). Anyway, school is about to start. I'm ready for people to get here! I cannot tell you how boring it is when Jonathan's not here. He works, and I'm glad... It's money for us... But it's so boring to be here alone! I dont' know how he did it all summer... Or how he did it last J-Term still living in the dorm....

| Bahama Mama... Better without the Booze!Well, I'm having a Bahama Mama snowcone, and I like it better than the real Bahama Mamas that I had we were on our cruise!
My favorite thing I had all week (drink wise) was a Pina Colada. I guess that must be my favorite, since the cruise was the extent of my drinking experience. :) I guess we'll see after December! | | |
| Married! Wow!We are MARRIED! Wow!! :) It's very exciting. Unfortunatly, Jon went back to work today... so I'm sitting at home bored. The house is clean, I cooked lunch (so no need to work on dinner), and well, there are thank-yous to write, but frankly, I don't feel like it! SO... pictures for you!

I LOVE this picture! Us in the middle... And the expressions on Nathan & Steph's faces are precious.... and Joe's is priceless. (must be all that liquor that he supposedly drank) :) You can also see Jonathan Whitaker and Alison Meriwether in the background... fun day! (Note that this was AFTER my veil fell out and my har was collapsing... But do I seem to notice or care? Of course I didn't! It was my wedding after all!)
