I've heard over the radio that the bill in climate adaptation that have been formulated during the Round table
Discussion, which I have attended, is at its final touches. Along with this, the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Puno is now calling all Governors to do the same. The Legazpi government, spearheaded by Governor Joey Salceda, is going to deal with barangay officials so that this bill will be properly implemented.
In fact, our club, is one of the many volunteers invited to push through this barangay caravan which will be happening in June. I am looking forward to be one of the speaking engagement delegates, hopefully in our own barangay. But I am also more than willing to be assigned anywhere in the province because it is my pleasure to do my civic duty. I am even doing it now in my simple ways. With the things I buy and where I throw our garbages.
