I posted two of my cooking creations in citizen of the world : Belgian Style Mexican Tacos and Spinach turkey cutlets. Both of them are quite healty, well at least some of the cooking I do that does includes vegetables in it, and they are also really fast to cook.

On theother had today I did not go to college, and I have no excuse to have done so, we could just say I skiped courses. It is just that  it is a semiology of the image course and last year I took an introduction to semiology course for which I presented an exam just two weeks ago, and since it is given by the same professor I am almost sure that it was just a review, something I did not feel like doing today... so I stayed home. I just hope I don't get too used to skiping courses it has gotten me into trouble before, and just one year before finishing college I don't want it to affect me.
