I've just arrived from school... What a day! I just couldn't wake up, my eyes were too heavy to have them openned, but still I had miss that course las week so I had to show up today.

If you ever plan to come visit Brussels have in mind that the public transportation system is just crazy. 9.30 in the morning and there was no one to sell me a transportation ticket, nad of course the automatic boot wass out of service.

Luckly the professor was even later than me to class, as she allways is. Today we analysed a movie from Felini, I like his style, still I still have a lot to watch before I can reeally say much about him. We also went trough a movie from Woody Allen, not bad either, theonly bad part is the way the professor has to give her class.

Just a small question... Is food as bad in all universities? I think from now on I will just have my main meal at home.

The workshop on the other hand saved the day, some scripts were really good, some just need some working, and we are lucky to have such a good guidance from Mr. Benmahmout. He just accepted to be my tesis director. I plan to write a historic script aobut belgium, i still do not know what exactly, but I have some time to figure it out.

Hi, peke, welcome to Xanga!  There are lots of wonderful people here, you're going to love it.  :-)

I sympathize with you about school food.  I work in a high school.  Needless to say, I bring my lunch.

Welcome to Xanga! And all college food is terrible...I have yet to meet someone that actually enjoyed eating at their school cafeteria or commons.

Amazingly, when I was at Northeast Missouri State University (Now Truman U.) the food was good!  I was shocked.  The residence hall food was actually better than the "snack food" type place in the student union.  Other than that particular college, though, I think you're right.  School food is nasty.  The middle school I went to had -green- hot dogs.  They also had a dessert that looked like a slice of lung.  It was red Jell-O and Cool Whip, I think, but it looked like lung.  The food was uniformly bad there.  The hamburgers were like eating tractor tires.  Ick.  And hair in the salad bar.  Not just loose, either.  It was wrapped -around- the tomatoes.
