It is awfully cold and rainy here, but as for my life goes the sun is slowly comming out again.

No big changes or anything, I suppose the fighting keeps on going on my parents side, but no news, good news, right? As for my studies I am going to ask another teacher to be my assistant with my thesis.

Thanks for all your support, it is a good idea to bring my brother over, and I have tought about it, but he is only 12, he is in school and a trip from Mexico to Belgium is not the best idea and I know my parents will never let him, but I have convinced my dad to send him over for a month next summer .

Today  I feel like talking about Alex, my brother, I want to introduce you to him. He is ten years younger than me and still I am the closer in age to him, my older sister is 28 and my older brother 30, so that makes Alex and me the little ones of the family, and that builds between us a really close relationship.

He is a great kid, a little spoiled but still a really special person. He is really active and sensitive at the same time, he is smart and funny and has lots of talent. He began playing the violin at age 4, and really slowly he is becomming a really great solo player, he dreams of playing in the big orchestras, and I know one day his dream will become true. On the other hand he plays ice-hockey, and dreams as well of one day be proffesional, he knows as well as me that that dream is a little too far, but still he gives his heart to it .

And now he is in the middle of my parents problems, they separated 4 years ago, and he lives with my mom in Mexico city, but  my parents are not divorced, so they still fight all the time and it seems that things are just getting worst. now my mom wants to send my Brother to live with my dad so they spend more time together, wich I think is not a good idea because my dad is allways so bussy and he will end spending the same time with him but now alex won't have his mom all the time by his side, but a choffeur and an governess, and he will have to quit hockey and have less violin lessons.. I don't think it is fair for him. I have tried to reason with my mom, and I think that slowly she is getting my point. I just want the best for Alex, I want him to know that even if we live really far from each other I am always there for him.
