been a long time...

As salaamu alaykum,

So Darul Hikmah's The Forgotten Traditions is over.  Over 500 people came Friday night, and 600 on Saturday night.  I hope the program was beneficial to everyone who attended, and that everyone can utilize an aspect of what they learned from the conference.

All programs have their good aspects along with things that need to be improved.  So I'd like to ask for some feedback about the program.  What was the best part? The worst part?  What can we change to make the program better?  How were accomodations for you?  How often should we do these kind of events?

As well as the program went, Alhumdulillah, there are always those small things that can be changed to make it even better, and your input is highly desired.

Microsoft Unveils Vista Soft Drink

Microsoft apparently unveiled its own line of soft drink (see above picture) in line with the release of the new Windows Vista platform.  I like how they chose a dull beige for the color, just like most computers are colored.  Nice one.

Funny thing is, if this was done by Apple, it would probably be 'hip & cool'.
