 I read Obama's The Audacity Of Hope and found it very interesting, and especially helpful as I try to understand the elections this coming November. It was an especially exciting book for me, because it is not often one gets to read a book written by a presidential candidate before he or she began the bid for the White House. I encourage everyone to read this book this summer, whether you're thinking of voting for Obama or for someone else. Do keep in mind, The Audacity Of Hope
was written a few years ago; therefore, after you finish the book,
learn more about Obama's views and thoughts by reading and listening to

| Haven't bloggedy blogged in a while. Something to do with life in the non-virtual world, r-world vs. e-world, that sort of thing. And I don't want to talk about presidential elections or r-world or e-world wars right now.
So here's a totally non-heavy blog topic: I've always loved those "as seen on TV" gadgets and stuff when I've been at the county or state fairs. (Don't watch much real TV -- r-TV? an oxymoron? -- so I never saw them on TV.) But now there is a kind of e-TV place for those "as seen on..." and here it is:
