i had the absolute worst day yesterday. my mentor at the vet school- the most patient man alive; the man who has taught me everything about cell culture and viral infection- has been in Iran (where he is from) for the last month.
saturday morning he was killed in a car accident in Iran.
i don't really feel like typing anymore.

I'm very sorry to hear about losing your mentor. Its always so unexpected when these tragic things happen in life. In times like these the best thing you can do is remember all that you learned from him and the good times you shared.
Hopefully you have been coping ok, make sure you have some people close to you that you can talk to. I wish you all the best with everything, take care !
