| | Well, I started my last semester of high school. Thank everything. So let's run my day through section by section.
Advisement:
Got my schedule:
AP Calculus AB - Jackson
AP Lit/Comp - O'Malley
Physics - Robinson
Economics - Gore, MWF
Government - Miller, T & Th
Yes, that's right, this semester, instead of having half Government and
half Econ from one teacher, they're having a full semester of both,
just on different days.
Also, I learned that 1 Euro is worth $1.30, so that means the Spring
Break trip to England is gonna be expensive as Hell. Speaking of
overseas trips, where's my passport?
Alright, I found it.
Anyway, my grandmother said she'll pay for the Spain trip, and I can use my Jeopardy! funds for the England one.
So AP Calculus:
Mrs. Jackson gave out our final exams and our 1st semester
grades. I got a 99 in Calc. Thank goodness tests are 40% in
that class. My 100 test average covered for those missing homework
assignments.
AP Lit:
Ech, it's a lit class, what can I say?
Physics:
Not much to say here.
Economics:
Holy fucking bullshit, Batman. We came in, sat down, got books, and started doing bookwork.
ALL PERIOD LONG
I've never done something like that....EVER. Thank goodness I don't have Gore everyday, or I'd go insane.
I'll have to see how Government goes tomorrow with Miller, but from
what I've heard, there's no busy work, which makes Hank happy.
So I'm on schedule this week for Friday and Saturday, 6pm - close. Good ole' Johnny's.
And next week, it appears that I'm on schedule Tues-Thurs & Sat, 5pm-close.
Ech, it's not so bad. Not exactly glamorous, but it's better than nothing.
And yes, I know what nothing is.
Also, my christmas presents were awesome. Really they are.
Even though I didn't jump up and down and scream, I really was excited
Jumping up and down isn't something I do often, i.e. at all. I
didn't even jump up and down when I found out I got into MIT, and
that's been my life dream.
But seriously, they're awesome.
Anyway, s'time for me to read The Things They Carried and start on this homework for AP Lit.
Come to think of it, I have Physics homework too.
