The burden of the realization of the impermanence of all things worldly will inevitably rest on our shoulders. It is only a matter of time. All things new become old. All things shiny become dull. All things fresh become jaded. All things cool become passé. We are driven by an ontology of lack. Seduction and misdirection fuel our desires. Everything becomes a package, a commodity. What shall fulfill our longing for permanence?
Just some thoughts. We are so young and restless.
