TALES FROM UNDER THE BUS"But I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell. I know, right now you can't tell. But stay awhile and maybe then you'll see A different side of me." ~Matchbox 20

Currently Reading
What Every American Should Know About Who's Really Running the World
By Melissa Rossi

It's Friday!!  Let's all do the happy dance.   Dance

I'm reading the book shown above.  I haven't read enough of it yet to say I recommend it.....I'm still waiting to see how deeply the 'liberal slant' will colour future chapters.  Not that I'm against liberal slant, but I prefer facts to be unbiased, presented for what they are, and allowing us each to draw our own conclusion.  So far, so good.  What I've read is definitely well researched and probably of public record, had any of the public been paying attention.  But time passes, people forget names and events, and the tracks of corruption are easily covered, or at least obscured with distraction.  Rossi and her team so far are doing a nice job of connecting the dots enabling the reader to see the larger picture, and scaring the hell out of me in the process.  If anyone can read this book and still remain loyal to the Republican Party, they've got bigger problems than just being a RepubliCON.  Facts don't lie.  They can be manipulated, as we all know too well, but this book hasn't attempted to do that.  Yet.  I'll keep you posted.

I'll just say that anyone concerned with the future of this country and which direction it's headed should pick up this book and read the contents with an open mind.  It's only your future at stake.

Happy weekend.

Happy blogging.

But it's such a subtle title! I prefer my 'facts' to presented in obvious 'soundbytes', with less subtle titles like "Russ Limbaugh is a big fat idiot!" (Now there's an obvious 'fact')

I've written down the title of that book.  It does sound interesting.  I'll pass it on to my son when I'm done.

I like facts to be presented as they are.  The apparent liberal bias is those damn liberals wanting to color the debate with fact.
