yea, i hate it when you get the kind of squirties that makes your whole body shiver because your stomach hurts so bad and it feels like you are going to poop out your insides. i had something of the sort last weekend. keep hydrated!
ouch. it's a great way to loose weight though! last time, i think i lost about three pounds from all my incontinence.
