  • ok so its been all summer.. but i had a busy summer.. here is a brief look in pictures..

    i went halibut fishing with my landlord paul and tom and jim from pennsylvania..oh and tashnee went also to help.. it was a nice quiet day..

    unfortunately when we got out to the red x .. the tide was ripping too much so we had to wait out the tide..

    right after i went fishing i got asked to work a couple of 24 hour shifts at work.. this was the middle of July.. i ended up working till September.. i would go in wednesday morning and get off shift saturday afternoon.. i slept at work and played with the kids during the day..

    we went to the pool and went swimming.. the pool is open year round so you can swim year round...

    we live not far from the kenai river.. so we went fishing many days..

    the kids and i went to the kasilof mercantile for dinner and they have this huge swing as you can see its pretty big....

    near where the house i work is there is a field of bunnies.. here are a few pictures i took on my cell phone camera...

    andi and i decided to go pick berries.. we got currants, red and yellow raspberries..

    this last weekend i had a steel rod drop on my toe..

    this is a picture i took in the emergency room with my cell phone..

    status.. a shattered toe with 5 stiches..  oh and iv antibiotics.. which resulted in 2 more limbs hurting.. the guy missed the first time and left me with a 3 inch bruise.. so he moved to my hand on the other arm ... and left a bruise there also..

    these were taken a few days afterwards .. its very painful..

    4 of the stiches go across under the toenail and the other stich is on the side of my toe..

    the toe next to it has skin scraped off and is bruised.

    so thats been my summer... i will be in dallas for about a week starting on the 22nd..
