Do you find it comfortable keeping eye contact in conversations?
I find a good way to convey self-confidence and assert yourself in everyday life is to make eye contact with everyone, look at them long enough till they meet your eyes and acknowledge you....In conversation i don't really know, i guess I'm good at it because nobody has ever commented on it either way with me....but now i'm probably going to be more aware of my eye contact habits.
