"I shot my eye out!"Maybe my favorite scene of any Christmas movie ever! Ralphie is repeatedly told he will shoot his eye out if he got a Red Rider BB Gun for Christmas. He does get a BB Gun on Christmas morning and he heads outside... first shot rechocets back and bam! Hilarious.
Of course my favorite Christmas movie is Christmas Vacation! It has been our ritual to watch it every year (preferably the night after Thanksgiving when we put up the tree). Here's my must see movies/dvds each Christmas season:
1. Christmas Vacation (Griswald is my hero and my mentor!)
2. A Christmas Story
3. It's a Wonderful Life
4. Charlie Brown Christmas
5. The Bishop's Wife (Gary Grant)

My very harsh favorites list--You had better be an amazing movie to make it up this far.

Movies NOT to see this season because not only do they completely suck, but they have the same effect as Nyquil. If you waste your time on them, that is sad, and your poor soul is pathetic: War of the Worlds(Tom Cruise), Weatherman (Nicholas Cage), Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Askaban (Daniel Radcliffe), The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions (by some horrible actor who needs acting tips. *Cough Keanu Reeves* This is the worst movie I have seen in a very long time.), The Cave (AWFUL movie...simply horrible)
