49 Days till D.C.

Why is it the news reports when gas goes up by $0.15, but never reports when it drops by amounts in excess of $0.20?

Just curious...

because its big news for people who drive overindulgent, inefficient vehicles such as myself will have to pay more. Since the media tends to report the bad news since they are blood suck vultures who operate in a climate of fear, rage, and utter negativity, i guess its just their thing to report it   And that's what I think of CNN and other most "normal" news outlets.  I won't even get started on ones i don't like such as Bush... err Fox news.
