I saw that and I was like I don't know about those salary figures, but w/e. And a D for creativity...I don't believe it...you have to be pretty dang creative to think up special purpose entities if you ask me.

Yeah... I agree on both vis-a-vis creativity. Although I will say it was an attorney and not an accountant who invented SPEs.
