Let's hear it for the eternal teenagers!

Sometimes you just have to leave the world behind & revert to adolesence.  Last night me, Critie, Tabitha & Jason went around the back roads of Onieda in search of a haunted corn maze, and while we didn't find any, the thoughts of ending up in the 'hood at night with Cristie lost were enough to scare anyone.  We didn't fine the corn maze but did find ourselves, once again, at Wal-Mart, and I'm convienced I'm trapped in some exostential horror film where I repeatedly end up there.  I keep runnin' & runnin' but end up back at the starting point.  Oh well, sitting down to Cranium was an like being at a slumber party, complete with the group startle when Ben bursts through the door after 2 in the morning.  He fell asleep on the big footstool (I don't know what else to call it, it's about 4 foot long & sits in front of Cristie's couch.  That thing is comfortable too, I about fell asleep on it today.)  and Tabitha wrote "Benny" on his arm with Crisitie's lipstick.  I'm surprised no one ended up with their underwear in the freezer.

So today we went out to eat after dragging ourselves out of bed.  Things were going well but after Tabitha ate she just didn't feel well.  She would just sit there staring out into space.  I diagnosed her as having either a stroke, the bird flu, or the Ebola virus.  Strangely, she didn't find this as funny as we did.  Anyway, some rest and a Coke back home did the trick.  Between that and Cristie's palsy we managed to laugh all day today.

I don't think I've seen a haunted corn maze in quite a while.

There's something to be said for being an "enternal teenager." I'm just not sure what it is! My ideal life is  to be a 39 yr old teenager making a six figure income!  It ain't gonna happen; one of my good friends (going on 16) said I had too much to learn. I'm gone -Niles-

I don't know what it is about Wal-mart either. I think it's like Lost with a big magnetic field keeps pulling you back there. :P

So far I have managed to avoid the SuperWal-Mart that opened several months ago in Huron.  I'm afraid that one visit and I'll be damned for life.

It's called a coffee table ottoman.
