| Normal Conversations in a College DormThe following are conversations between me and my unit mate John Paul:
Me: Is it bad to drink expired orange juice? JP: But that's milk you're holding. Me: I understand I am holding milk now but I drank some orange juice this morning that was expired. JP: Well, when did it expire? Me: Uh...about 4 days ago. But I guess if I drank it this morning but I feel fine now, then it's probably okay. JP: Maybe that's the sell by date, so you should be okay.
JP: From now on, I want to be called Hooba. Me: What? Where did you get that? JP: From Hoobastank. It'll be my nickname. Me: You can't just assign yourself a nickname. JP: Well then, assign it to me. Me: Okay, from now on, your nickname will be Hooba. JP: Thanks man. Me: No problem Hooba.

| This is such a good book. We are reading this book for Christian Life and Thought. His writing is extremely biblical, and I have agreed with almost every point he has presented. He writes from the perspective of Reformed Theology. I would absolutely recommend this book. | | |
| The best way to spend lunch on a Saturday afternoon?Debating/discussing/talking with your fellow unit mates about predestination vs. freewill, election, speaking in tongues, prophecy, miracles...the list goes on. "We often pray for lighter loads and not stronger backs." -Dr. Bill Brown in today's chapel address. This is why I chose Cedarville. | | |
| This is what I did this weekend: I caught the garter at Jenna and Justin's wedding this weekend. The competition was fierce, let me tell you. Fall Break was great. In addition to the wedding, I had the wondeful opportunity to take Ashley out to lunch before taking her to Sinclair, I was able to get a few hours in at the old yardwork job, and I went to Fulton Farms on Sunday afternoon with the Gilbert's. | | |
| m, m, m, my Sonoma^^80's music anyone?^^ (haha, yes, i know it was made in '79...but that is close enough to the 80's) After a few hassles with my friend the DMV, I finally bought this lovely '97 GMC Sonoma. It has only 43,000 miles on it. Extended cab, bedliner, 4.3L V6 Vortec engine. oh yeah....
