| it's been a while since i touched this. hello... knock knock. i don't even see the same people who usually wrote on xanga when i was in school writing in xanga. boo hoo. i guess i find it weird to spill out most of my thoughts in an online place. there's nothing really to rant about anymore. i guess i have really kinda sorta grown up. the "real world" is a big rant in itself, there's always something to complain about... so i guess it would just be endless complaining everyday...
or not. i guess i could write about new things that were happening in my life. for example.. the last time i typed in this thing, i was in nj home, looking for a new job... and 6 months later i am here visiting from the sucky state of massachusetts. ya, i am new yorker gone bostonian! (no i am not rooting for the red sox or pats or anything like that)
i still love nyc, nyc is my favorite city, but you can't stay in that little box of sky scrapers the rest of your life. for cryin out loud, you're gonna get cancer from all the smog that surrounds that dirty city. if you've been in the city for like 4+ years, one definitely needs to travel to a sunny land, buy a nice tropical drink and get a nice tan :)
boston is the root of all frustrations. i'll tell you why i hate it. 1) the hideous accents! pahk your cah >> translation: park your car 2) the narrow roads 3) the stupid traffic (i got stuck on the road for 7 hours during the horrible snow storm. lets remember it takes me 45 minutes to commute from work to home) 4) the plow job quality the stupid state does 5) the narrow selection of cuisines
but boston can be aight. actually, i live in cambridge. cambridge is a nice city. 1) cambridge is a community of young people who still want to enrich their minds with artsy fartsy stuff. no not west village, nyc people... but art like renaissance art kind of stuff 2) this city is much cleaner than nyc, a big plus bc it's not as smelly as nyc
ask me again when it's warm and the summers are beautiful and i will give you more reasons to love this part of new england. wow. this entry turned out longer than i wanted it to be. yikes! ok. time to sleep. i feel like i'm in college again writing before i go to sleep.
